We had ordered Health Walker with Infrared from naaptol about 6 months ago. They delivered the product, but it was faulted product. So we sent it back for the replacement without giving any extra charge as they said 2 us and now they are demanding the extra shipping charges from us.

We called so many times but they naver respond. Then I mailed to company CEO and he replied that

"Dear Mr. Bhaskar,

Please accept my apologies over the incident.

I have instructed my Dispatch team to resolve your issue on priority.

Do write to me for any more of such issues."

Till date we have not received or product. I mailed again and again to CEO, but no response. We requested them for refund, but again no response.

Please take some action against the company and help us to get our product.
