Nilgiris Store
Overcharging and Abusive behaviou

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the Nilgiri's departmental store in Brookefields, Bangalore.

This store has been repeatedly charging more than the MRP printed on the products.

We have requested the people in the counter a few times but they have never given us a proper response.

Inspite of our repeated requests, they have been repeatedly indulging in this practice.

Today, on the 25th March, my wife went there to buy some packaged items.

Again, they charged more than the sticker price.

When she pointed that out to them, they abused her.

This kind of attitude is not acceptable for a supposedly trustworthy brand like Nilgiri's.

Could you please help us in this regards?
