Civil Supplies Chennai / Choolaimedu Limit
Poor service!

The Transfer Certificate, the Civil Supplies call it as deletion, was obtained from Trichy limit Civil supplies and the original submitted to Chennai Civil Supplies, Assistant Commissioner, s Office two months back. I require the rationcard for I.D. purpose. Visited and reminded their office, with a tough argument with the A.C. I told him that I hold a Passport, Voter, s ID and PanCard as proof for verification. Inspite of all these, he insists they have procedure and it will take its own course. It takes half a days time to visit and return. I openly told him that I do not want the Rationcard for buying ration material but only for I.D. purpose. I do not know whether you will be of use. However, earnest request, the rule says on Thursdays they do the needful. More than 10 Thursdays have gone. Please look into it and take necessary action, if you can. I hear lot of stories when visited the civil supplies office of my boundary. JUST FOR TRANSFER AND ISSUANCE 60 days and still no result.
