BATTERIES NON PERFORMING

This is in reference to the complaint given on 9/10 Sept regarding OKAYA Batteries Model No.24M Model XL.5000T Serial No. T6115044315 on No.18001037011.(Purchase Date 27th April) from Ashu Trading Company- K-1/6, main road, Raja Puri, New Delhi- 110059.

The Batteries Non Performing as it is not giving the back up of even 10 mints and the consumption of battery water is too high.

A representative visiting four days back at our residence said that the Batteries is defective and need to be replaced as it is in the warranty. As per him some one from company will come with the new Batteries next day.

It’s been more than four days no one has shown up or communicated in any way regarding the defected Batteries.

It is requested to do the needful at the earliest.
