Quality of the cream is not upto mark

Sir,

i am a regular user of olay cream for the last 2 years but lately the company sent this cream alongwith a face wash free.but the earlier was a better ione manufactured at thailand which was very good but the last 2 cream alongwith offer pack is very poor in quality which is manufactured i india at SOLAN (Hp).but i purchased in the same rate at rs 699 per unit.

hence i request you to please compensate the loss to me.
