False promise - No refund

M/s Om Sai Ayurved India Limited give full page ads that if the medicine is not effective they refund the money in 15 days. After I suffered acute stomach pain, I got myself endology done, the disease was detected, and the medicine was immediately returned back, even they demanded bill, which was also sent back, since then there is no reply and the money is not being refunded.

Can any body suggest further line of action.
