Selling products higher than MRP

Most of the products sell or sold by padmavathy stores (kamarajar Salai) are higher than MRP. Basic amenities like packed oil, biscuit, or any household items are having 1 or 2 rupees more than its MRP. As you aware, we cannot get bills for the item we purchase. Kindly look into this matter seriously and take necessary action against the people, who cheats our people of India.
