Pan card
Pan Card Not Delivered

Sir

I have applied for a new pan card in 2005.but till date i have not received my pan card. After applying i thought that it will be delivered some how delay. But I did not receive my pan card.

In 2009 i again applied for anew pan card but i did not received it.

Then one Day my brother checked the status of my pan card on internet because i was not aware of it. Then we came to know that my pan card has registred but not delivered to me. Then if i have not received my pan card, where is that.

I think that pan card is a very personal document and which should be delivered through courior or registered letter but i have not yet received my pan card..
