Defective Tyre (Busted)

We had purchased TATA 407 a commercial Vehicle from Unitech Automobiles P Ltd; Sakinaka, Mumbai 400 072 vide their invoice no. UNUTECH-1112-11053 Dated 30/03. One of the tyre/tube busted, hence we made a complaint bearing #16186387317 in June.

We got the SMS message "Dear Sir, Your tyre received vide Receipt no 0922700350 has been examined & has no manufacturing defect. Thank you! " on 12/06. If it was not a "manufacturing defect" why did the brand new tube/tyre busted? We would like to have report on the facts.
