Defective Red Coral Delivered

Dear Sir

It was very unfortunate to write you the complain letter from whom who was Ex Employee of this organization. I bought a Red Coral from you on 12/06 from your Ultadanga Showroom. But after using less than 1 month I have noticed that one hair line crack visible on that Coral. I was wonder that time and called your showroom but they replied that due to some impact it may happened. But as per as my concern that no such kind of accidental impact or some thing like that happened.

This is the first time I have seen that without any Impact the Coral can break without any unforeseen or foreseen impact. Please look into this matter as I relay required it ASAP.

I have lot of trust and respect about this organization so please try to intervene this matter.
