Penguin Water Purifie - PENGUIN AQUA CARE ( I ) PVT LTD - AQUA BLUE ENTERPRISES
No Service Provided during warranty and service period

There was an advertisement in a newspaper by one Penquin Water Purifier Distributor AQUA BLUE ENTERPRISES regarding water purifier and by seeing the advertisement and their assurance and promise that they will provide good service, we decided to purchase the Gelageet 101122 model Penguin Water Purifier of PENGUIN ACQUACARE COMPANY from its distributor by name AQUA BLUE ENTERPRISES, No. 6, Sector-6, HSR Layout, Bangalore - 34, on 29/03, in 3 instalment basis, first service to the unit was due on 23/06 after 2 instalment the machine had some problem, even after several request they distributor never turned and not replaced the unit. At last without any option I told distributor that if the unit is not replaced I will make stop payment of 3rd instalment cheque and immediately they got replaced with new unit on 10/06. The service was due once in a 3 months for a year during that time the distributor has to visit and check the unit and give the service but even after several calls and after final instalment is cleared they never turned back for service. I even complained the same to the PENGUIN ACQUACARE COMPANY, Hyderabad, but they simply washed their hands by saying its not their responsibility but I have to contact distributor only. So I request all to be careful while purchasing the product by seeing advertisement or by the sales person who visit door steps and gave false assurance and promise. They promise and assurance is false and they are nothing but cheaters.

So, Bangalore Peoples be carefull about Distributor like AQUA BLUE ENTERPRISES and also Companies like PENGUIN ACQUACARE COMPANY who are nothing but fraud and cheaters
