I lost my aircel no. - 9716253523 on 23rd of Jan and I immediately contacted the aircel customer care for taking back there services from that sim. But they kept me telling that there server is not working, so they can not put forward my request. After around 20 tries one of there employee took my request and told me that sim will stop working in next 4 hours. But now after 5 days, the number is still working. If the person who has my number is using that number for some illegal purpose, the aircel should be the one who should be responsible for any misuse. Please guide me what should I do to get that number close.
