Fraud of INR 25k

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have rented a piano from S.Ganesh in November. The condition of the piano as got revealed in the future was not good. As per our discussion in February we agreed that he would take back the piano in 1st week of March after refund of the advance money of Rs. 25000/-(Rupees twenty Five Thousand only) given to him in November. As per that discussion I have stopped paying him the monthly rent of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred only). After that discussion I have repetitively tried calling him which he have not responded. Every time I was able to communicate with him, he had made excuses and told that he will take it back in next 1 or 2 week and return the advance of Rs. 25000/- . I sent an registered letter with acknowledgement on 03/09 to the adrress provided in the rental contract (No. 327, 4th Main, Viveknagar further extension, Bangalore - 560047) which was undelivered due to insufficeint address. Recently I asked another tuner to value the piano he has given me on rent and the valuation was as low as INR10k.

This is a case of fraud.
