Dear Sir

I have purchased a impact pulverizer (may) from the above supplier, but i had very bitter experience with their product and customer service

1) So far they didn't given any instruction (do's and don't instruction)

2) The given the specification of 75 to 100kg out per hour, but i am getting only 40-50kg per hour

3) They are favor to the customer, simply they are money minded

ex. i order and promised the payment will on receipt, but send the product once the received the payment and they made 20days production loss to me,

4) Still the machine is giving one or other problem every day, the maintainence cost is Rs. 2000 to 3000 per day...

5) but they didn't instruct and didn't bother about my problem, simply the are concern about the Purchase order and payment

6) My concern is better they take the machine back and give my amount back, because i suffered a lot with the machine..

please help me in the above concern
