Non responding to new connection request even after 16 months

Dear Sir,

Following complaint has been repeatedly sent to IGL on their customercare e-mail. Their customercare telephone never responds. I have tried at least 100 times. Please help.

Dear Sir,

I am astonished to receive such a poor service from an esteemed organisation like IGL whom otherwise we keep in top professional organisations of the country?

I had booked a png connection in February (Dwarka, Sector 12, Parkview Apartments) and deposited a cheque of Rs. 6000.00 as demanded and explained in person to the society. Kept waiting for connection but it did not materialse. Then in May end somebody came and asked me to split the cheques in two one of Rs. 5000 and one of Rs. 1000.00. I handed over these also with a new registration form as insisted. Receipt No. is 17611 dated 1.6. 2010 from some firm called Mass Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Bhikaji cama Place.

Thereafter, I have been constatnly trying to contact IGL Dwarka No., contractor No. and the numbers provided on the receipt of this firm Mass Management and even IGL customercare numbers. I am unable to get any ot these numbers and there is no way to know about the status as to why connection is not being provided to me and when it will be provided. Pipe line is already available in the society and majority of people are already using it.

This is last resort to send this mail before I go ahead with other mediums - consumer court or media. I hope my problem will be resolved and I will be given some proper telephone number where I can talk.

I am very much distressed and look forward an immediate response.
