Handset submitted for reparis, but did not get it back

Hi,
This is a complaint e-mail for the Planet M store in Kandivali (E), Mumbai.
I believe that you will be able to address my grievance or direct me to the right people who can help me with this.
I purchased a Nokia 5800 phone under 2 years warranty in February. The phone worked fine but now there was a display fault with the handset, so I gave it to Planet M store in Kandivali (E) for repairs under the warranty period on 21st October (Job sheet number: 28927). I was informed that the handset will be back from repairs in 1 month, but this did not happen. Now it has been 2 months and I have still not received the handset. On keeping a follow up with the store people I was always informed that the handset will be back in 2 days, 1 week, next Friday, next Monday, etc. however they have failed to keep their promise. The explanation for this delay was given as “Managers quit their job so Planet M is unable to pay Nokia to release the handset”. Now I’ve been informed (after 2 months of submitting the handset for repairs) that "The handset was back, but the fault still persists, hence it was sent back to repairs and that I will get it after 1 week".
The staff in the store was helpful and I have no issues with them, but the way management works here is a concern to me and it is definitely affecting the customer experience. All I am looking for is my handset back ASAP in a working condition.
