I have applied the pest control for cockroach treatment in my House. The PLEASANT Pest control (Govt Licence I/2514/58) asked me that for 800 INR, there is a guarantee for 6 months and once I called them 15 days in advance (the 6 months warrenty is suppose to be end by 15 Apr) to reapply as the cockroaches are found again that so they told first that they don't apply for 2nd times and they will provide the discount of 200 INR on fresh application of pest etc... when I aksed I have receipt and guarantee for 6 months then there should be attention for this so they told its not like that and keep on saying that we apply only once. They did not come and problem was unresolved.

They guys are cheating and its better not to go ahead on the words of those guys and there are conflicts in between, the person applied the pest control signed the receipt with, if problem comes in 6 months the problem will be resolved now they are saying that the service will be provided only once.
