1) Post MASTERS IN EVERYPOST OFFICE IN EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT EXCEPT THE ONES AT SRIRAMNAGAR & DANAVAIPETA

(RAJAHMUNDRY) ARE SO MUCH USED TO COLLECT BRIBES FROM THE POSTAL SAVINGS AGENTS IN ONE FORM OR THE OTHER.

2) POST OFFICE STAFF IN THIS DISTRICT PARTICULARLY IN RAJAHMUNDRY DO NOT CARE FOR THE SAVINGS CUSTOMERS.

3) THE POST MASTERS CHARGE AND COLLECT 0.50% ON ALL FIXED DEPOSITS MOBILISED BY THE AGENTS, 2% ON RDs, MPKBY SASFD

ETC.

4) FOR LISTING Rs.30/-, TOWARDS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE Rs.20/- AND ATTENDAR CHARGES Rs.20/- to 50/- from each agent.

5) ALL DEPOSIT CASH POSTINGS IN LEDGERS/REGISTERS AND PASS BOOK UPDATIONS ARE TO BE DONE BY THE AGENTS THEMSELVES

AND STILL THE PMs DEMAND AND TAKE AWAY Rs.200/- to 400/- from each Agent.

6) Most of the depositors do expect some amount back from the incentive recieved from the Post Office and some amount to the Post Masters.

7) Godavary districts rank top in general savings and the ugly attitude of POST MASTERS is so much discouraging and disgusting.

The Authorities may please attend to these problems and check the PMs for more savings and to enable the agents, who are self employed to live with dignity.
