My slipper got torned from the front. I took them from nike showroom near khullar chamber nagpur-440012

i took it on 12-11-12, article code is 618228-001 -001-8

the mrp is rs899. i am sending u the bill and the photo of the torned slipper. I hope u will help me out with this.
