Pathetic service

I placed an order with myflowertree on 13th November and wants the delivery til evening but did not happened. When called to their customer care team, the service provided by the agents were patheic. one of them named archana was down to earth. She dont even know how to deal with customers. She was so arrogant & not listening to anything. Spoke to their senoirs, ask him to call back but he never turned up..They assured me that delivery would be done till 10pm then after 11.30pm but not done. I asked them to cancel the order but on the next day they called up saying that order will be delivered today with some compliments... I already cancelled it but they were forcing for the delivery..I would request all of you, please do not place any order with flowertree as their customer care team dont know to interact with customer as they might getting very less salary so they are irritating customers..
