Egarding exaggeration in advetisement

M using h&s shampoo from last 4-5 years but still now m not free from dandruff.if product is not effective than why they show dandruff free hairs in first use in their advertisement..its a cheating of consumers n i hope u must look into this matter as soon as possible...
