Money debited but balance not credited

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to complain against rechargeitnow.com as I have had one of the worst experience with the company. I had recharged for Rs 302 to my BSNL number 9426061197 which hasn't been credited to my balance till date. I had made the transaction on 16-12 at 1730 hrs (order id- R73541316C12 transaction id- 81892640) and the same hasn't been credited till date (24/12).

I have already lodged a complain (request id- 300249161212) and there hasn't been any response from their site. I therefore request the company to see to my problem as soon as possible otherwise I would be compelled to go for further legal actions.
