IFB Bosch washing machine
SPARE PARTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 2 WEEKS

My IFB washing machine has a problem. Its under AMC until 2014 and for the past 2 weeks its not been working.

Fault has been identifed as motor, but since no spare parts are available the franchise at Chennai has not repaired this.

All phone calls and complaints are only mere numbers. Very poor service.

Pl take care. Sales is always good, but service is always poor whether its Indian or MNC.
