Gear Wheel "Bush Kit", "Washer Kit" & "Cirkit Lock" Not available any where in bangalore

Hello,

I have purchased "Hero Honda CBZ Extreme" 5 years back, now the bike Gear wheels have broken, after lot of struggle, i got the Gear Wheels, but I need to purchase "Bush Kit",

"Washer Kit" &

"Circuit Lock",

these above items no where available. And show room people not ready to order for new items also.

please let me know where can complaint against this and get the spare parts.
