Network ok but call not receive or call in local aircel to aircel after 11 pm to 8 am

Sir from last many month i facing a problem of network, as some time voice not getiing properly during conversasion, i have complaint many times abt it, but now i only want to talk abt recent problem sir frm last 4 days i have facing a problem of as i use a vocher of 225 in which aircel to aircel local call is free in my 9716645815 no, but from last 4 5 days i could not dial and receive a call frm any aircel number after 11 pm to 8 am, sir what is this if this is happen then what is meant for aircel to aircel free, i have complaint many times but i not receive any positive result till now, sir i humble request to you to plzz give me positive feedback about it, sir hoping for positive reply.sir this thing happen in my both aircel number 9716406908 and 9716645815. sir repeat again problem is that after 11 pm to 8 am i do not recieve any call, and dial any call to aircel number but i can call to another no except aircel no, so if this happen then what is meant for 225 vocher scheme, thanking u
