I ordered for an air lounge on 19th Oct through the phone line 02230307000 from my credit card... order number 1711270... product not delivered yet and on top of it... no one responds to the phone calls which we do to this company. The customer service No02040989529 is not happy to entertain properly that they hang up your call (happened to me more than 10 times on different days). I have received a fraud package on 18 th Nov containing 30 books of no use against which I have lodged a complaint through fax twice. The manager Mr Stalin is always in meetings or busy and will not answer any call... whom should i complain about it / how do i go about receiving my product / refund... please help

have spent more than 500 rupees on telephone calls from Patiala, Punja
