Set Top Box Not working Properly

Hi My Airtel Set Top Box is not working Properly, only a few channels are coming (only 10 out of 100). I complained a lot to airtel customer care as well as area engineer but in vain. No positive response came.

Please solve my ptpblem as soon as possible.
