Non availability of product for which gift voucher is issued

I purchased mobile phone from the mobile store and was given a gift voucher of rs.2490/-(redeemable against only 3D Runner shoe). It was issued on 22nd march by Essar Telecom Retail ltd. I am inquiring about the availability of this product at all the leading stores of new delhi particularly in CP area but it is not available i am told all the times. This is a breach of contact and consent. This is consumers cheating.
