Eurekha Forbes limited/ Aquaguard water purifier
Water purifier not working no response on complaints

I bought Aquaguard water purifier (on the name of my brother-in-law) from eurekaforbes limited on june 8. The machine works only for 6 months. The company promised warranty period of 1 year for this machine (water purifier). Regarding this matter i complained many times to the company. But i got poor response. more than 2 months over no response from company side. I want either my water purifier get serviced or complete replacement of the machine. If nothing happen i will definitely initiate a case against Eureka Forbes Limited in Consumer's court.
