I am going to change the mode of payment of above polices, from your Vashi (Navi-Mumbai) office since last two month.but officers are unable to do the same, till date 14/06, for this reason so many times i visited to LIC office, but till date mode of payment is not changed... is this type of your service to customer.

Today you people told that respective officer is on leave.in absence of him no any officer can known his work???
