Mobile bill 1 lakh rs

Hi my name is Om Shiv Tripathi and my mobile number is 9004695664 - I had travelled new York in June from 13/06 to 19/06 and had made very limited calls to India but accessed all my official mails and other internet for which I have received sms when I was back in India that “your unbilled usage as on 29/06 is RS .1, 05, 162.

I was zapped with this SMS received in India and called helped line but no clear answer and told me to wait till 6th July for the final bill. I am really surprised why airtell never stopped my mobile connection when I had crossed the limit or why sms was not sent in USA that my bill amount is crossing the limit?

This is really cheating with customer by not keeping them informed about any special situations. Need a help to sort-out my problem urgently!!
