No action against complaint

Hi

I m a NEW consumer of Airtel Landlane with Broadband connection. Living in Aliganj area of Lucknow. Due to sever construction in my area, the main cable of Airtel Landlines has disconnected since last 4 days. So my connection goes dead. I have complained to Airtel 2 times. But they didn't taken any action.

Although in my area BSNL persons have corrected this same issue. Its same for Airtel that they haven't corrected yet. I ham now fade up with Airtel service. I didn't expected this from Airtel.

My most works/Jobs depends on internet. I am in big trouble. It seems no-body interested in Airtel for solving my problem. Please anybody help me.
