HP GAS DEALERS
FORCING TO TAKE BURNER ALONG WITH THE GAS CONNECTION

I am taking a new gas connection from HP . The local dealer is forcing me to take a burner alongwith the gas connection. where the area manager is telling that it is not mandatory to take accesories like burner while getting a new connection, but the dealer is telling he will not provide connection unless i take a burner from him.please reply me on this regard. otherwise i will seak the help of the consumer court.
