we are too upset with the service that Hindustan petroleum gas dealer (Sanpada, Navi Mumbai) is providing us since quite few months..every time they have senseless excuses to give, once its ok but now they have become habitual to it..as working individual & having sick seniors at home it becomes difficult for us to manage.. if they cant manage please handover the responsibility to someone else..we could have changed our connection but HP has provided us with good service so wants to give them time to look into matter..we have heard that they sell booked gas cylinders in black & keep delaying the actual booked individual..this is part of shame..having such cheap service people..kindly request you to go into minute details & come up with relief for your consumers..
