My no is 9987094342 of airtel.mumbai

two additional services were started on my mobile without my consent.

and R s 20/ - were deducted. when contacted customer care

the person just told me that he can stop the the sevices but the money cannot be refunded.

same thing happened 2 days back also

airtel is just looting and cheating customers
