Invisibility of channels

Sir,

I have airtel digital TV set top box. But there is a problem from last 4 months that unvisibility of channels like star maza, mi marathi, zoom, 9x, star channels, etc.

I have complainted to customer service numbers, but still action not taken. Hence slill i have not recharged my set top box.
