Petrol Pump cheating

Hi

I purchased a new CAR-Swift Dzire VXi & delivery date is 01-June

Fuel Tank capacity as per Maruti specification = 42 liters

Before delivery, dealer filled tank with 5 liters of petrol. Immediately after delivery, I filled petrol for another 6.16 liters.

Total petrol filled so far is 11.16 liters and CAR has run for around 18 KMs

I entered Kumarapark Service Station near Shivananda Circle, Bangalore, to fill the tank.

They started filling the tank, final reading at the meter was 41.59 liters.

As you can see above, total capacity of the tank is 42 liters, but petrol filled is 52.75 liters!!

This is cheating by Indian Oil petrol pump.

Can any body help in getting justice for me.
