Airtel phone connection
No actions after again and again reminders

Hi,

I am using a Airtel Land line number (0120-4553265), it is not working since approximately 3 months.

After complaining again and again about it there is no visit from there end.

All the time I am given a new complaint number, the latest one is 44986918, and i was told that the airtel executive will visit before 9.53am on 08-04, but no one visited.

I request you to help me in this matter.
