Airtel Prepaid
Deduction of charges for unregistered services

I have airtel prepaid no. 9752570020. I have a very serious problem with the

airtel services. They are deducting charges for the services I have not

registered. I received a SMS from 5000 on 04.03.2012 regarding choosing

Games for which I was charged Rs.10/-. Now today I received an SMS from

AD-92956 regarding choosing devotional songs for which I was charged Rs.30/-.

Incidents of this type have occured previously but now it is happening on a

regular basis. This is causing harassment as I recharge my account and then

suddenly find some amount deducted from my balance.

Kindly look into the matter so that incidents of such type do not occur in

future and also the amounts deducted as mentioned above may kindly be

returned to my account.
