FRAUD TOPUP

Dear all,

Yesterday at 9 pm i have purchased a top-up (AIR-TEL) of RS 30/- from our local shop, when I scratch the card and recharge the voucher the massage showing "This is a used voucher". The shopkeeper denis for the same he says it is not possible however i talk with the custome care executive (Mr S Biswas) at 9:53pm he says that this voucher is used on 21 jan.he requested to the shopkeeper to refund the money however the shopkeeper rejected his request and did not refund the money.

So i request you to please look into this because either there is a racket working behind this or by mistake the same serial no card is reprinted.
