Charge huge amount

Dear concern,

i lost my mobile on 3rd december in which i was using my airtel prepaid sim. the mobile number is 09015715614.when i went to airtel customer care office ghaziabad, lohiya nagar they charged rs 125.00 for provideing me a duplicate sim.and when i gave them fir copy they returned back.then i was shocked that how can they issue a duplicate sim without a police fir.

and when i received a sms from airtel, communicated that maximam charges for it is 25 rs.then i came to know that they charged 125 rs from me was wrong. so can i get a satisfactory reply from airtel?
