My Cell No is 09166511184.

I have never activated friends chat on my mobile. But a message came on 5/3 saying 30 Rs has been deducted from my account. I was astonished as how could they deduct this charge without my consent.

I even dont know what is friends chat on airtel.

Tried around 50 plus times to complain to airtel customer care but they the IVR is a bogus thing. You cant ever talk to a customer care executive to know why they have deducted the amount. When I reach the IVR, they say 50 paise would be deducted for 3 min for talking to customer care, I press yes by pressing 1 and still the IVR say thank you for calling customer care. Dial 121 for knowing balance.
