Refrigerator non-functional

My LG refrigerator has not been functional since 26th Jun when first complaint s made. The representative came to check and said alls well and the fridge is functional. The problem of fridge not cooling continued. A compliant was again launched and it was informed that coil of the fridge is not ok and will have to be imported. We were told that it will take another 48 hrs to receive the coil and rectify the complaint, it's now over 4 days and there has been no response. In this summer climate do Delhi, after buying a high end fridge for almost 70, 000/- rupees LG has not been able to offer any service. It is appauling to see such attitude when the customer is left to misery. Even the company reps are not attending phone calls. If the complaint forum has some sincerity pl ask reps to do up the device at the earliest.
