Airtel Rechagre Not Successfull No Resolution

This is the mail i have send to Airtel on 17th of Feb. After Calling the Customer Service for Lots of time and even till today it is not resolved.

Hi Sir,

My mobile number 9910417161, I have done online rechagre of 444/- as on 17-02. And, it was not sucessful but my balance got dedcuted from my account.

I haven't received my balance to mobile and Balance got deducted from my account.

I have placed a complaint on 17-02,

The customer executive is Mohit Kumar and supervisor is Netrapal Singh, they have given me the TAT time i.e., on 21-02. my complaint number is CONRC30217581597.

I haven't recived any call regarding this but i have received a Message that it is resolved.

With out any initiation how come it can be resolved.

Again I have called to Customer Service I have spoke to Bhanu he is the Floor super visor. I was asking him about my balance he says that It is resolved successful.

How come it can be resolved I dont understand. I need the full details on this issue of my online recharge. If not i will contact to counsumer court with all the proof.

Please, Find the attachment of online recharge not successful along with my bank statement and do the need full.

And for more details you can inquiry my bank CC if needed and my Bank PRN number is MUPI2689445859 for the online recharge made.

Even i have send the attachment of the not successful and Bank statement for further reference but this Stupid, Bullshit Airtel people have not solving this issue and they send me the reply message that is resolved.

Hence, we regret the infeasibility to provide the reversal of the same.
