Educing balance

DEAR SIR,

I am a holder of airtel services since 5 years and my cell no is 9867878995.I am facing the problem of last3 year for reducing the balance whenever i recharge of Rs.205 after using Rs.100 the another balnces they cut off by providing me BABA RAMDEVTIPS, SHAYYARI and all stuff without any subscription and now a days they are started the debit the balance a/c they show me my balance in negative(-) so i am not going to recharge my cell its too much problem and even i registred with do not disturbed (DND) services sill they do regular call for rington and love tips etc so kindly take action about my compaints because this problem is facing so many pepole who i know them my relatives, my friends also. I complaint about many times with airtel gallery and customer care but they did not do anything so i have hope with u so please.
