No after service

I have brought a Dental Chair From ALB Surgicals through their agent in Kerala. They are basically importers of the dental units from china It took 6 months to deliver instead of the promised 2 months time. Even after 8 months of delivery the promised items were not completely attached to the unit. The agent collected the full payment for Giving the bill which i promptly did. But now there is 6 months after my service call no one is there to answer.initially the agent said some spares has to come and he has placed orders. The local dealer (Malabar Dental Suppliers-MDS) doesn't answer telephone now.the company has a website (http://www.albsurgicals.com/contacts.htm) none of the contact numbers are working or no reply for the emails. So I don't know what to do.

So Please consider this as a warning for people who deal with such companies like ALB Surgicals in future
