Re: KENT MINERAL WATER PURIFIERS – Date of installation on 17.10.2009

Unit Serial No. KRO90506066 – Complain against your Machine

Please refer to the above Water Purifier I like to draw your kind attention that the above Water Purifier Machine installed on 17.10.2009. From the date of its installation always giving me troubles some time water is not coming smoothly, some time totally stopped its function. As and when your Mechanic comes for repairing the machine only 2/3 days it is OK after that creating same problem. Accordingly on several times I informed and complain to your Branch Manager Mr. Anindya Bhattacharya who installed the Machine. As and when reported to him he sent one Machanic and within few hours same problems are coming. I requested him to replace your Machine, he told me that no further problem will remain happen from the Machine. Unfortunately no remedy has yet to be done by him. Copy of written complain is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.

In this connection, I like to draw your kind notice that immediately you replace the machine or ascertain me no further problem will create from your Machine and I shall get the normal water flow as usual. An early action will be highly appreciated.
