AMERICAN TOURISTER SCHOOL BAG
QUALITY OF BAG

I purchased an American Tourister School bag for my child on 11-04-11 from M/S DAYAL BAGS SHOPPE, APSARA ROAD, GANDHI NAGAR, JAMMU for an amount of Rs.948/-. The bag got torn after using it for one and a half months. When I approached the concerned shopkeeper for replacement of the bag, I was told that the warranty is for stitching and chains of the bag and not for quality of the product. I was told by the shopkeeper that he will get it repaired at his own cost but the same will not be replaced. through your forum I request to approach the concerned company for replacement of the bag and paying necessary compensation to me for under going the harassement.
