Delay in delivery and no response

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding delay in transportation and no response.

I have booked one consingment from Mumbail to Hyderabad dated on 29/10, Docket No-462360940 through Gati Transport. Still I didn't get the material.

I called to customer care (CALL FREE NUMBER 1800-180-4284) several times, they are raising complaint for every call but no response.

I have given return on compliant 2nd november through E-Mail (customerservice@gati.com & ser_dept_gdw_hyde@gati.com) and I have given reminders but no response.

We are in to Pharma trading, I lost my order due to delay in delivery. Kindly help me out the above.
