Not refunding the amount and also use abuse language on call

Hi There,

We have made one year contract with Anju Placement Agency in New Delhi. According to the contract they provided us maid on 10-Nov. We go out of station for some days and we left her in their office. When we came back on 23-Dec then service provider told us that she left from the job and he will provide us another maid on behalf on that. But they did not provide us any maid and also did return our money. According to contract he had taken 11, 000/- as service charge and one month 3000/- advance salary from us on 10-Nov.

I have all the receipts for all the payments (11, 000 3, 000 = 14, 000/-) and I am calling him from last three months but he told me he will retun only 50% amount and that is 7000/- only even she work only for one month. After that still hs is not retuning me 7000/-.

I am tired now. Can anybody help me or provide me the suggestion that how I can get my money back from that Anju Servent Employment Egency as he is not retuning any amout to us.
